French Roast

Since the first coffee house opened in Paris in 1672, people have taken extreme pleasure in the tradition of coffee. Today, street cafés, both big and small, spill over the pavement throughout Paris. Today, the tradition of the French Roast is offered in different expertise. Jack and Japhet Coffee starts with a mixture of selected Java beans that have been grown at very high altitudes. The higher the altitude and the cooler the temperature produce a bean that is stronger, and are much more aromatic flavor that is so unique that only the streets of Paris, sometimes, has the right to say "its French".. These beans are then roasted dark to offer you an intense rich, lingering cedar flavor. Jack and Japhet mastered the French Roasting technique.
